Cheesy Beef Casserole

1 1/2 Pounds ground beef
1, Envelope Taco Seasoning
2, Cups water
2, Cups uncooked Instant Rice
1, Can (10 3/4oz) Cream of Chicken soup (undiluted)
1, Can (10 3/4oz) Cream of Mushroom soup (undiluted)
1, Can (4 1/2oz) Chopped Green Chilies
2, Cups (8oz) Shredder Mexican Cheese Blend

In a large skillet cook the Beef over a medium heat until no longer pink; Drain. Stir in Taco Seasoning, Water, Rice, Soups, and Chilies.
Transfer to a lightly greased 13"x9"x2" Baking dish, cover and bake @ 350 for 25 minutes; uncover sprinkle w/cheese and bake an additional
5 minutes or until heated thoroughly and cheese is melted.
Yields 6 - 8 servings.
